1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive in 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
3. Can I return an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
4. How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact us at info@affend.store with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions and a return address.
5. What is your refund process?
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
8. What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to us at info@affend.store. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid any delivery problems.
